A great morning on the hill. 10 cm of fresh last night, 40 in the last week. Temp -5. After some flat light conditions for the first half hour, the sun burned through the cloud cover and conditions were wonderful.
Unlike New Years day when the parking lot was full by 9:30 (what's wrong with kids these days? They should have been home sleeping it off), the hill was virtually empty except for locals and a few random visitors.
Runs of the day: Holy Smokes, the Rush and Larch. Lots of powder in the trees at Silver Woods as well.
