| Yes it is the end of the season tomorrow and guess what? It is snowing, well at least at the top of AR. |

I hope those that have been following this thread have enjoyed the updates. It is the last day of the season tomorrow although I do not think I will be going up. It looks like there is some light snow tonight high up so tomorrow should have a fresh covering of snow at the top of AR and the slopes down to Arc 2000 are still in good condition. You can still get down to most stations but the cover is very thin and heavy lower down.
For those that are into touring with snow shoes then riding down untracked areas. The conditions are great and some of the huts are still open in the park so there is plenty of back country stuff to do, but be careful.
Hope to start this thread up again next season, till then. Ride on in the snow domes or in South America. Snowcrazy signing off now. |
