The Salomon Official s a quality all mountain freestyle board. It has a good amount of flex for nose/tail presses and buttering. The board offers an awesome amount of dampening, considering how thin it is, meaning nice cushioning on landings and when bombing through crud. This also means it's nice and light weight and has good "spinability", top notch. It is also very forgiving for a cambered board on rotational landings, not much catching edges there. Again, for a thin flexy board, it has an insane amount of pop, it nearly flung me over the nose the first few times I ollied it off rollers.
Riding wise the board is very easy to lay up into a carve and holds it's edge well in a variety of conditions and feels awesome to ride, the thing is so thin and light it's untrue, like floating on air. It also has a good amount of torsional flex for fast edge change/tight turns/tree death avoidance. Riding switch I didn't notice a huge amount of difference even though it is slightly directional.

| Felt similar to the 09/10 Burton Supermodel, but more flexy/fun. |
