Well what can i say, perfection is perfection, and they have pulled it off yet again this year, the new chalet is gorgeous, the bus stops at the top of the road, only 10mins walk into town itself.
We got there on the sunday morning around 11am, very nice quick transfer, and was met by the
amazing (now dont get all big headed LOL) IAN & DEBS, chalet hosts from heaven it must be said, these 2 are just great, ian with his special potatoes and debs with her all round bl##dy amazing cooking, they cant do enough for you, misses is veggie, and debs even went to lengths of cooking totally seperate meals and also cooking various food in seperate oil/fat etc etc. cant praise these 2 enough. ian gave us lifts every morning to town/super morzine, and on odd occasion to prodain lift as thats the only place with snow at the time. on there day off its so easy to get from the chalet to the lifts anyway.
Jonny came to vist us when we arrived, with lift passes in hand, good to see him again, had a quick chat and it was off to the slopes, so managed to get a whole afternoon in the day we arrived. and a must is to vist there new shop opposite the park, you cant miss it as its got a massive blue and white front. very nice shop (with monster munch lol).
the rooms themselves are gorgeous we where lucky to have one with a balcony and the very very cool electric blinds (as the french dont get the idea of gravity and 45 degree curtain poles LMAO), we had a bottle of chilled wine on arrival in the room which was nice also.
thanx again for a amazing stay, and i will return to beat jonny at table football, quick tip to future guests, get practice in as jonny is pretty good.

not a weakness but only place i found to put it LMAO, if you want to be near the prodain lift stay
in lancettes (cant spell LOL), near town and super morzine stay
at guyene (the new one, cant spell again) |
