Warm and cosy chalet with plenty of communal space and a huge kitchen. There is a large TV, consoles, dvd player and pool table to keep you entertained when you don't feel like going out.
I cannot stress how epic the shower is (so very much needed to aid getting rid of those aches and pains).
Rooms are simple and comfortable. |

| The loft is an amazing place to stay!!! Its like a little family at the Loft Charley's awesome and so welcoming...she made me and every1 feel so comfortable during our stay!!! every1 that stays there is wicked and alot of fun!! Its crazy going up the mountain in a big group with every1 that was also staying there. I had the best time while i was there and would defently be back!!! charley always organises sweet outings and entainment like Dinners, house dinners and piss up's on the mountain and in bourg. The Loft its self is beautiful and very clean, It has everything you could possibly need.. comfy beds a massive kitchen and full of awesome poeple such a good time and a good laugh!! Charleys brand Funi is really cool aswelll you see heaps of people up on the mountain kicking around with her beanies. I can't wait to get back there!!!! thanks charley robyn and every1 i meet there for an amazing time!!! |

I found the Loft from a post of this very forum and after checking out the website contacted the owner Charley about if it would be ok to stay for 2months. She was very friendly and helpful and within a few days I had paid a deposit and started counting down the days.
I arrived late afternoon Jan 1st to be greeted by Charley and driven just around the corner from the station, a short distance but after a long journey meant a lot!
Shown where the Funi was and where the local supermarket etc was found and shown to my room.
A lovely warm, snug little room with plenty of storage space and sharing with another 3 people.
After I had unpacked, I wondered downstairs and was introduced to the other people in the loft, cracked open a beer and started my first season :)

I cannot wait to go back, everything about the Loft was great. The people, the location, the space and the easy access to really cheap Lidl wine, resulting in many a fun night :)
As I write this its only 7.5months till I head off for my next season! |

5-10 Minute walk to the Funi and onto the mountain 10mins after that.
Opposite to a supermarket
Short Walk to town.
Owner is super nice and always happy to help.
Great like minded people who I hope to be friends with for years to come.
Very good value for money and everyone who visit from other hostels were tres jealous!
Huge TV and Nintendo Wii
Large Cooking and Prep areas.
Garage/Board room with work desk for tuning and waxing.
Nights out with Charley and Robyn up in 1800. Pub Golf ftw! And extra preps if you can get a hole in one using your board as a putter! |

People who snore often sound like dying bears! ( Yeah Murphy im looking at you! )
Location wise Bourg is a little quiet at night but the funtimes in the Loft counter that! |
