The mountain is a decent size and the lift system is excellent. A lot of money has been spent on it. Though there was not off piste available when I was there you could see the potential for safe, just off runs, boarding. The mountain has the usual fun with speed traps and parks, also a lot of Viking influenced snow sculptures when I was there (2010). There were 2 parks available, one with large kickers that shot you straight up in the air and the other had small ones which propelled you forward onto flat. The large kickers were not maintained whilst I was there and the landings were always rutted. The park with the smaller kickers were maintained and had some nice rails, transfers and bag. Definitely more directed at skiers.
Apres ski consisted of 4 or 5 bars which were crammed full of men over the age of forty singing to Europop. If you are a single bloke you will not like this resort. Fortunately I was not single, so quite liked learning and singing these songs at the top of my voice.
Pacha was mentioned in the other review, we went, and I counted 8 females (2 dancers, 4 bar maids and 2 patrons) in the club, the rest were guys.
Plenty good restaurants, a couple of good boarding shops and very competent board maintenance places.
Strengths
Very few Brits.
Good lifts.
No bottle necks.
Apres Ski party atmosphere
Hot Spots
Really long tunnel nearby (seriously I liked this)
Weaknesses
Very few females.
No good clubs (that we found)

One of the bigger resorts in Austria, this place is quite expensive to stay and ride and has a bit of a poncey reputation. However, the money is well spent as the mountian is run as a cooperative. So money made from lift passes is invested back in the mountian and in particular the lift system.
Therefore the lift system has been constantly updated over the years resulting in a very modern and efficient system that covers a wide area and links with the Swiss resort of Samnaun (if safe to do so and enough snow then the hike to the top of Piz Munschuns opens up some amazing off piste). Here you can buy anything you want duty free (As long as you can get it passed the border patrol a the top of the Idjoch).
Mountain itsef is rad! This place has everything you want. The board park is usually very well maintained and has everything you expect and is serviced by a chair lift. Though watch out for the flat section after the final big kicker to get back to lift at Idalp.
There is so much easily accesible free riding terrain here its incredible. In low season I've been riding powder 4 days after a dump without having to hike for more than 5 minutes! Though you'll have to find the stashes yourself!
Also it seems that Skiers here have a reluctance to venture more than 5 meters of the piste even when its safe. Fantastic!!!
Accomodation is either posh hotels or B & B's. The B & B's are all reasonably priced and usually decent enough.
Restraunts are plentiful, though some can be quite expensive.
Night life. Typical Austrian. Go to the Kushtell to laugh at drunk Austrians and Germans dancing and singing to crap Europop still in their Ski boots and suits. There is also a Pacha night club here for those into dance music, but it is pretty pricey to get in and depending on when you go can be either heaving or dead. Free tickets are available from some of the bars though.
Strengths
Easily accesible freeriding. Good snow record. Lift system, hardly any drag lifts now.
Weaknesses
Austrian Apres Ski Night life. Some of the flat sections can be a pain (literally) particularly at the bottom of some of the runs when you are tryng to get back to the lift.
