The season is already up and running thanks to a new freestyle snowboard contest on UK soil. Run by Mint Snowboard School and in association with TSA, Gonzilla and Quiksilver, the Mint Mountain Invitational brought together some of the worlds top snowboarders to compete on a mountain like nothing they had ridden before. The first leg of the comp kicked off at the TSA Big Bang in Castleford with Signal's Jake Olsen-Elm, Lobster founders Halldor Helgason, Eiki Helgason and Brit shred star Aimee Fuller, all battling for glory on Mint Mountain. Competition was tight with technical tricks, spins, grabs and the odd bail.

Head on over to the Mint Website to vote and you can also win A pair of tickets to see the London Premiere of the Art of Flight (17th November at the IMAX) as well as a mega goodie box from TSA (worth £250)!
