Lateral Corp and Exposure Develop Business Collaboration |

| Lateral Corp, the leading exclusive distributor of branded fashion and lifestyle goods such as WeSC has developed a new business partnership with Exposure, the multi-disciplinary communications Group. As of February 2009, Lateral Corp will open a dedicated sales and marketing showroom in London as part of Exposure's network of spaces in Little Portland Street. |

The collaboration is designed to help Lateral Corp extend and grow its wholesale business via the showroom managed by Exposure, with a longer term aim to establishing its own retail outlets. For Exposure, the deal provides an opportunity to develop its own business expertise into the sales and distribution arena, whilst also developing a strong and compelling international lifestyle brand portfolio.
Lateral Corp was founded in 2000 with a clear strategy of focusing on niche brands, all of which have a compelling story and the potential of scalability into the mainstream. The current portfolio includes WeSC, RVCA, Keep, and Sabre. In 2008, the business secured funding from entrepreneur and Dragon's Den panelist Deborah Meaden.
Exposure was founded in 1993 with the aim of providing communications services to blue chip, fashion and lifestyle brands. Today it employs 180 individuals working across 12 distinct business units ranging from PR, events, digital, consumer insight, graphic design and architecture. It has offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco with clients including Levi's, Nike, Coca Cola, O2, Cadbury's, Microsoft, Sony PlayStation, Casio, Dr. Martens, Ben Sherman, Umbro and Virgin. The Group also includes 360° PR, Beauty Seen, Point Blank Collective and Ray of Light Design.
