Hey gb!

ive been snowboarding for some years now - but i dont progress anymore

I can do turns perfecty :=) and i am pretty good at riding swich! I can easily manage whatever 180! But still cant make that full 360!

How do you guys progress? i am on the exact same level as i was 2 years ago!

I really want to make that 360 - and a backfli/fronflip as well!

Would some trampoline training help me out ?

Thanks in advance!

ride more, ride with better people or go on some courses/camps etc.

I ride about 6 weeks a year and it takes most of the first week to get back to how well i was riding the year before... so i imagine if someone only rides a week a year they'll never get better

Just keep practicing, and watching what other riders do, and try to copy how they spin etc

It can help a lot if you can ride with friends who are better than you, riding with better people helps you push out of your comfort zone. I don't think trampoline training will hurt, but the more time you spend on your board will be better than on a tramp.

Have a look at as many trick tip videos as you can, sometime they have a little tip in them that will make things just "click" http://bothfeetstrappedin.com

Yup, trampoline helps. Youll feel your body better in the air. You'll learn how fast it can spin and learn how to rotate more, less, how to stop spinning, and you'll hurt yourself a lot less.
Then, it's a matter of engagement, self confidence. If you jump thinking let's see what it does, and if you jump thinking I'll nail it, the result will be different, trust me.
Then, a small tip, for any spinning, your shoulders are leading, not your waist or hips or whatever. Head and shoulders lead the rest. Try launch a 360 when already starting the spin on the kicker, it'll spin a lot better.
And as the others said, ride with somebody better than you, you'll progress in no time.
Oh, and last, wear a helmet
