For a weeks boarding, what kind of stuff do you pack and how much?

What do you put in your board bag other than your equipment?

Off to Italy....

Problem is I always end up taking too much where ever I go... and the other half takes twice as much again...

So wondering what people pack...

So far..

2x coats - I'll be wearing one to travel in
3x trousers - wrapping my board with one of these
few pairs of socks
Hoody & jeans for night

Looking for some base layers...

Nice. We going to La Rosiere in France. So we can go to Italy for the day.
Well being a girl I take more so, so far I've got:

(a debate on whether we actually need 2 coats) (any thoughts on that appreciated)
2 coats (wearing one)
2 trousers
the usual equipment of boards, boots etc
goggles
sunglasses
beanie and gloves
helmet
knee pads etc

Then, I got a clean tshirt for each day which I probably won't need but I'm still trying to learn so I spend a lot of time on the snow (lol)
2 pairs of jeans (wear one)(one for apres ski)
2 jogging bottoms (for under waterproof trousers and chilling)
I haven't quite decided on the jumpers but I guess I'll wear one (a nicer one for going out) a fleece one for warmth and probably an extra one.

Thermals
socks etc
etc

I have a big 'roller holdall' and I'm taking the following:

2 x coats (wear one and one in the bag - I'm taking 2 just if the other gets soaked I dont want to be wearing it out at night) also a down body warmer under my coat (for warmer days)
1 x pair of boarding pants
1 x pair of jeans
2 x sets of thermals
5 x t-shirts
2 x micro fleece tops
1 x hoody
2 x socks
helmet
wrist guards
bindings
goggles
sunglasses
boots
and a fresh pair of undies for each day

Im sharing a board bag with 2 x others so its boards only in the board bag, everything else in main hold bag.

sun cream ! and lip balm

plaster/ compeed pads depending on how broken in your boots are
snowboard lock
cable ties ( incase your bindings break)
snowboard tool

neck buff/warwmer
any hats or additional gloves to wear when your out in the evening

EDIT: just be careful if you put clothing in your board bag as the sharp edges on your board can rip them.

Pipe lagging around the edges helps with that

You're not going to wear jogging bottoms under your snowboard trousers are you? Sweating 'ell!

Why are people taking 3 pairs of snowboard trousers for 1 week?

ditto on painkillers and I always take duck tape and a spare snowboard boot lace (just 1). a small peice of string and/or a lift pass holder can be useful too.

Well they are not proper jogging bottoms. I just call them that because I wear them for chlling at home etc. They are just casual trousers really.
