Thanks for pointing that out! I already know this which is why we are advertised on this site! See right side of page under classified etc However, I see no problem in updating a well looked at site advising on whats most popular etc and how fast things are selling..... |

QUOTE (bigfoot - 14/01/2011 @ 11:39) search facility defo needs to be better. A search that bring back a 100+ page thread is of little use. Search needs to narrow down to page and if possible highlight search words. Logged in for first time in years today and noticed I still can't press return after entering in my password : the focus is still on the email input Its been like that years now! If it is broke, why fix it? |

The fix to this will be rolled out with the next build of GB that I put live. It was fixed ages ago, then got broken down the line(!) - Anyway, the fix should be live by the end of today. |

I tell thee!
Imagine a list of resorts, and the ability to effectively "book" your holiday onto your resort so that folks can see where people are.
Im seeing a calender when you drill into a particular resort, listing names of who is where and when.
Dunno if its do-able but would be nice, and should allow more folks to meet up for beers!
mmmm beers..... |

QUOTE (PowderPup - 14/01/2011 @ 09:21) My private messages seem to get randomly purged, Snowboarding is a seasonal thing and I sometimes want to refer back to an old message/person from seasons past and it's gone. Hi PowderPup. Private messages do currently expire after 2 or 3 months, hence why you would have noticed them occasionally getting purged.
When the next build of the site goes live (probably in 24-48 hours) Private-Mails will no longer expire. They will remain in your inbox until such time as you choose to delete them. |

Using Windows Mobile 6.5 and IE, can you make the text window where you type your new post the same size and get it to work in the same way as when using Opera browser. The text box is only about 2 rows of text high compared to a nice big text box in Opera. The text box in Opera also lets you easily scroll up and down and left and right within the text you typed, IE just skips about all over the place.
Cheers. |

i know we can already see who is logged on here but i think a full list of the sites members in order of location would be pretty nice, would make it quicker to find potential new boarding buddies in the same area, making car sharing and suchlikes a bit easier. also for us newbies a small boarding dictionary type thing would help a lot since it can get confusing when people go on about buttering, jibbing switch etc etc. an example of what i mean would be the definition of jibbing or carving with links to some cool videos attached. |

Snowboarding Glossary is at the bottom of whichever page you open on here. Just scroll down and there at the bottom in the black strip, it's in the 3rd of the 4 rows. |
