Pixies - Into the white could be okay, not their strongest song, but if the lyrics fit...?
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Drowning pool - Bodies (let the bodies hit the floor)

I used this to great effect in my video from a couple of years ago.

The one I used last year which worked fantastically too was:

POD - Here comes the boom.

I even managed to get the crashes in time with the first 'boom', then a mini rewind timed so that the second 'boom' is the same crash. It was epic!

I hate it when people do that! looks nasty!

our old lecturer at college would launch board markers at our heads with quite amazing accuracy if we ever did the mini rewind in any of our videos!

nobody ever found out what happened to the guys who used the 'paint' or 'mosaic' effects!

I think the song from the jackass (the movie) soundtrack could work quite well

"If you're gonna be dumb you gotta be tough"

Can't remember who did it though, it's kinda folky...

EDIT - it's by Roger Alan Wade

Haha, I dont use any cheesy effects, the rewinds look awesome though, especially when my mate ass planted onto a rail, it was horrible!
