Well the Surrey area keeps on delivering

The snow conditions were not as good as yesterday really, but a hard frost had left he surface with loads of granular snow which was running super fast and a lot of fun to ride on.

Of course with a bit of exploring, there were still plenty of fresh lines to be had. We had a crew of 4 riding today to begin with, although I kept riding until sunset, and totally bombed out one slope that was running nice and fast today (well, may as well milk it while there's snow on the ground during a weekend!)

Some nice sunset runs All should be useable, I'll get it upped for ya when I get a chance

Our shots must be thoroughly bizarre for Mike, who is getting 2ft of fresh straight off the lift, daily!

Managed three sessions this weekend. 1st one lads mission already documented.

Here's a pic of the slope after the first set of tracks. It certainly didn't look like this at the end of the day.

Half of the hill is out of shot here as the slope curves away, so a pretty good run down of about a minute, and we're not slouching either.

As always new ground was covered and more ideas are emerging for the next time it snows. One really good slope was not sessioned as the Farmer rumbled us Need to do a reccy there to figure out how to get access through the farmers land without being seen. May go back this weekend on the bike.

Already shattered from boarding and hiking it was time for a session with the kids.

Below is my 10 year old daughter doing her apprenticeship.
She cant yet turn but was doing small jumps.

Uphill transport provided by dad, boy did I sleep well that night.

Sunday managed another couple of hours with the family. The snow was getting wetter and slower as the day progressed, it wasn't a good note to end on really but it may be the last snow we see in the south for a long time.

Snowboarding ruined my life
