snowboarding club for over 40`s
trying to get a group of peeps together that are around the 40 age and over. Would like to arrange some get together`s and holidays in Les Arc`s. A mate has some good chalets out there. Some good deals to be had. Anybody interested get in touch.
Also a prize will be given to the best name that is suggested and chosen for the club.

QUOTE (snow the way to - 14/01/2009 @ 17:40) Hi Jason no problem about the wife, all i can say is your lucky, 11 year younger than yourself I thought your DOB was 1977 or was that the wife`s. Lets try and get something together, prob too late for this year but lets work at this and see if we can get a load of us together for next year. Any discounts we get we can share it with the whole group so we all are paying the same I will add you to my contacts list, please do so also. This could be the beginning of something good,we will need to work at it but. Anything you have to work at usually pays good div`s. Nice one Jason, snowboarding rules!!!!!! ssssh I lie about my age!I am more of a sausage eater than a garlic monkey but its about time I gave the surrender monkeys a go, any club needs a name too |

Done and added! Bit of a relief to be honest, thought I was the only one and would struggle to find mates!
As for age, well I work as a massage therapist so I reckon I'm as young as the guy I'm working on - usually works in my favour! |

Debs
my!you would be so good to have on holiday. I think you could get your holiday paid for by the time we come back. We would all be requiring your services after a day on the hill
I could do with you right now! my shoulders are killing me after the faceplant i had |

Spot on - would love to pay for my holiday and always happy to work!
Couple of things you can try for your shoulders, both using acupuncture points: 1) put 2 fingers on the side of your neck behind the ear. Run them down the natural groove you find to the top of the shoulders, base of the neck. You will find a bit of a dip before you reach the end of the collar bone. If you apply pressure it is tender, probably very! Keep applying pressure steadily while you release with your breathing. Do both sides, it should ease off the pain. The point is Gall Bladder 21 if you have any way of looking it up. 2) Put 2 fingers at the back of the knee. Run them about halfway down the calf to the point just above where the gastroc divides. Again, a bit of pressure will hurt. Apply steady pressure and release with the breath, do both sides. Point is Bladder 57, should help the shoulders.
Epsom salts in the bath might ease the muscles off too. Have fun! |
