smirnoff ice limited edition board

have been offered a limited edition smirnoff ice snowboard does anybody know what this board rides like and what it is best suited for?

Have seen tons of these on ebay over the past 2 years or so!
If your getting it for free what harm can it do to take it to a dry-slope/fridge and give it a whirl, if your paying for it, I'd give it a wide birth unless you can try before you buy.
Someone else will probably have more info than me on the actual board and who made it but I'd be looking suspiciously at it if it were me!

my nephew bought one for about £30/40 of the bay, its soft, wet noodle soft, but it was his second week snow boarding and he had a blast. so if its super cheap and your a beginner its worth a shot but its prob not any better than rental stuff.
i think they were made by nitro.

i dont know how they have the cheek to call it a "Limited Edition"? as i have seen more of these knocking about over the last couple of years than any other board in history....... hardly limited is it hahaha
they were origionally given away FREE as promotional items, and are not considered worht anyhtng at all? so make of that what you will? then again if its a tenner then take it......... but i wouldn't
