Hi Seb,
To do a season are you looking to just "bum" the season or work the season. The best option if cash is tight is to work the season as many companies offer a job, accommodation, a lift pass, and spend (well a wage)
There are loads of ways to go about it, but you need to decide on what job you want to do, the web is a great place to find out what jobs are on offer in a ski resort ( some jobs are age dependent like a driver or resort manager etc)
Most companies will only employ people over 18.
A good website to look at is www.natives.co.uk, it is a seasonaires website and posts jobs and reviews on the site, there is also www.seasonworkers.co.uk i think, anyway it the season workers website.
Most companies do start taking applications in March, April onwards then start the interview process in August and September for the forth coming season but there may well be time to apply now.
Hope this helps |

You've not really left it too late, people drop out, you just don't have as much choice with resort if applying to the larger companies. Not all give you a resort choice, I didn't get one with Crystal (applied and got the job in September) but did with Total (applied and interview June) although they wouldn't guarantee it. There's the Natives job fair in October, head along to that with copies of your CV. |

Don't work if you can afford it.
Much better to be out there riding everyday and never missing the powder. |

Steering well clear of the "to work or not to work" debate
www.ski-jobs.co.uk
Sign up and they email you jobs you can apply as and when they are posted. Really good free service.
Other than that natives is always a good place to go! |
