6 foot deep drifts in the car park at Glenshee.

Reports suggesting 60hrs of continous snowfall - I reckon the runs will have filled in a treat - again!!

My friend lives in Aviemore, and the said it started snowing about 2am on Wed morning and was blizzard conditions all day and most of last night.

Cairngorms are saying 10ft Snow Drifts at lower buildings.

There is a Skidoo somewhere under there!

Car Park at Cairngorms!
Lets get to the slopes people! What a bumper season this has been for Scotland. Totally what they deserve after years of problems and limited snow falls and so well timed in a difficult econmic climate. There is nothing like a good snowfall to make you want to go to the slopes!

Cairngorm Mountain will be open this weekend for lift served snowsports on Sat,Sun and Monday.
It is also looking likely that they will open the following Sat and Sun which will be the first w/e in June.
If you can get up there go for it.

Excellent vid grovervox! Man I wish I'd gone up to Scotland last season. I'll have to double my efforts to get up there when my work holidays reset in April '11. I've told the misses no more summer holidays now as I need to free up more holiday weeks for boardng trips... I think she thought I was joking

Looking at the forecasts for late next week and the following week, there looks a strong possibility of snow in Scotland.
