was going for a long weekend to the 3 valleys this weekend but due to a sudden rush of work have had to cancel - gutted as conditions seem epic and more snow is forecast
Oh well will have to rebook for a few weeks time and keep fingers crossed for more freshies then |

I was informed this morning that one of my colleagues has died following a snowboarding accident in the Alps last week.
He broke his back and whilst this was successfully pinned, he died due to complications post surgery.
I don't want to tell people what to do or what not to do, but please consider protection when riding, life is too short. He leaves a wife and children which makes things even harder. |

There are only 2 positions in snowboarding....one is looking coooool....the other is....DEAD!
Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40 and zip ties |

As a Private sector worker, watching the ITV programme "Public v Private Sector..who wins", it really does p**s me off at just how well Public sector workers are looked after by the government, especially when it comes to pensions...wtf should I contribute to public sector pensions ! I needed that little rant. |
