Puy St Vincent....

found a good cheapy hol for this resort and they're throwing in a transfer from Turin airport for a reasonable fee. Only problem is, we can't get to Turin from Newcastle. Looking at transfer sites, although the resort is only 2 hrs from Chambery airport (according to j2ski.co.uk - which, by the way has a really good resort finder based on arrival airport!), i can't seem to find a transfer site that gives the option of a transfer from Chambery to the resort? Does anyone know why? I'm a bit stumped?
Thanks! Tracey.

Hi Tracy.
I believe KLM Airlines fly direct to Turin. Might be a little more expensive than Rynair or Easyjet but at least it gets you to Turin.
There is a company that do transfers but not cheap for two people

400 euros ????
How many of you are going ? Hire a Car and share possibly ? You can then visit surrounding resorts too. We tend to do this in the smaller resorts.
I noticed that its about an extra £25 to go via a London airport from Newcastle. Check out

It was real good fun. First time to a proper mountain. Was blazing sun everyday we was there, but the snow was still pretty good. Not a massive resort so we did end up going on the same runs a fair amount, but really didnt care
There ISNT a Bureau de Change that we could find, so get your money changed before you go.
Oh, and stay away from the "Le Balme" run if your a border.. most of it is flat and had to walk it. Apparently its a road :/
