Hi guys, any ideas why in the last couple of days I've got 4 new posts showing in "Your Account" but not in the "Latest Active Threads"? This is on multiple PCs on Chrome and Firefox...

This is most likely content that was posted, was unread and before you had time to get to those posts they were perhaps moved into the Mod only forum. I will check the code as it should remove the unread flag when moved into that forum.
