Cypress is famous for having f all snow fall - its was just a sh*t choice of venue, dictated by Canadian Politics rather than where would be a great venue.

Pfft!..... Global warming my arse!

An inner city coastal venue known for losing it's snow when it rains?

An el Nino year with stupidly high amounts of wet warm precipitation hitting the coast?

David Suzuki is a bit of a hippy?

Try and get them to say it's global warming when the La Nina event follows this up in a winter or two and we have the biggest snowfall on record!

Just very poor venue selection and abit of bad luck on VANOC's part

Try telling the people of Washington that its global warming.

Wrong choice of venue. They might as well have held it in Ibiza. There will be snow there but it will have been driven in by truck from all the far more suitable venues in the area.
