Probably biased as I live there but bring them to Serre Chevalier. Huge ski area, pretty quiet compared to 3 Valleys, Alpe duez, 2 Alps etc.

Enough to keep everyone happy from meandering greens to ungroomed blacks (plus plenty of nursery slopes)
And it's cheap €6.50 for a burger, chips & salad in The Station pub at the bottom of the main piste in Chantemerle.
If you want some liveliness stay in Villeneuve or Chantemerle if you're after a quieter time stay in Monetier.

Booked for Deux Alpes, but thinking might venture over to ADH or Serre Chevalier for one of the days!

Met some boys last week that were over for the day from 2 Alpes. They we're enjoying the trees!

Les 2 Alpes is not an ideal beginner resort. The mountain is upside down in that the easiest runs are at the top and the more difficult at the bottom.
