well, i dont know if you are interested but i went to nevis range and didnt have a clue of what ticket to buy, where to go, and more importantly, i was scarred to go up the mountain. i didnt realise you had to get a lift pass, which included a gondula ride up to where all the other ski areas started. so i though i would put this post up for the newbies like me!
if you go to nevis range, get an all area pass not a beginners, the beginner slope is very easy and after a few hours you want more and the next biggest slope rquires a different pass.
when you buy a pass, make your way through the gates and onto the gondula, this will take you up to where the cafe and all the areas start from here. the beginners slop is just to the left as you come out! have fun!
heres some pics of my trip, theres quite a few so sorry if you get bored! http://s424.photobucket.com/albums/pp325/Hobbsy_2008/Dubbing%20it%20up/Scotland%20Snowboarding/ |
