Has any1 been 2 one ov these maverix courses they have at Sno Zone's where the teach u rails, boxes, etc??????
And are they any good for sum1 that has little 2 no experience of these???

they are brilliant for anyone who has no experience of freestyle.
Jay and the team have a good teaching system and by the end of the day you wll be worn out and grinning ear to ear.

Hey dude,
There are plenty of similar types of courses being run at the indoor slopes in the UK so you wont have a problem finding one to suit your schedule. I've recently been on one with Maverix as a complete freestyle beginner and relative snowboarding beginner. Some excellent info on technique from Tom and Phil and a good introduction to riding boxes and hitting (and landing) kickers. I'd definitately go back once I've had some time to take away what I've learnt and put it to practice.
My advise is to write down some achievable goals for yourself and discuss them with the coaches. Be honest form the start as you'll get most out of it.
