@OP - Out of your list the parkstar.

@ChrissyD77 - I've ridden a few NS boards now, i'm 95kg and started on a 166 Legacy which was hilariously good fun but a bit big even for Japan powder so i stepped down to the 161. If you can ride regular width boards i'd start out with the 161 SL-R.

Thanks Hutchy, you're very similar stats to me. I'm currently riding a NS 163 Heritage X which leans more towards back country (bought on the back of a couple of epic powder days), but it's pre rocker and vario tech etc hence the questions about the newer NSummers. It's also not something I would use to learn 3's and upwards, although I doubt it'd be a problem once I reach a certain level of proficiency.

The NS prices in the UK are quite alarming though, luckily I have some good friends living in Colorado (Aspen, but originally from Denver) who're planning on visiting Wales in May which coincides with my Birthday = possible result!!

Now to find some place that demo's the buggers over here

EDIT: Apologies to the OP for the thread hi jack
I've been all over the world, Ibiza, Magaluf, Blackpool etc and Tamworth was by far the best for snowsports!! It's intense man!!! You're totally gripped when you're at the top and looking down...

I really wanted a never summer evo R after speaking with some locals in switzerland at the start of the season they were all raving about it...

But by then i had already bought the K2 parkstar.. coming from a Nitro T1 i found the parkstar super soft this maybe because it was my first rocker board! as i got used to it i found it to be just the right amount of flex for everything. (when i had ago on the signal park rocker i found out what stupid flex is!)

After now spending allot of time on this board i can happily say its one of the best all round shred sticks i have ever ridden! It handles park super with the ability to press and pop like a champ and after a bit of personal practice it floats throught the good stuff well too. (i undersized slightly 152 should of gone for a 155 )

still i am only comparing this to the Ride DH2 & the Burton Custom V-Rocker again where both pretty nice all mountain sticks..

I think i am going to hold for next years NS range and try my hand on one of those with all this hype

hey folks, thanks for all the help!

went for the k2 parkstar (since the lib tech SB was gettin' no love), found it for £250 - not the best price on the net (lowest i think was £230) but all the cheaper places had sold out of 152s so i guess its alright.

anyway i appreciate the advice

What year T1 have you got? My first board was an 06/07 T1. Stupidly stiff board.
