anybody know of any ok chalets for this event. i read an article on natives about some accomodation at £230 for a week with full lift pass but there is no link to the chalet and no name of it

Thats not a challet it will be the Rider Palace hotel, thats the cheapest place to stay during the event. You need to book all Brits accomodation though http://www.britishsnowtour.com/brits/ anyway or you wont get any entry to the brist events.
