Yeah dodgy conditions is why we're not actually booking anything. We're just gonna see where the snow is come mid Nov & try to get a trip sorted something like a week before our time off ... gonna be a bit stressy to sort but hopefully we can manage to get some half decent snow  |

i have booked my flight too geneva i think its called in France for the end of feb :D but were still not sure were we will end up from there  |

I'll be in Vancouver or Calgary depending on which one I like best. Which should mean Cypress, Whistler, Silver Star or Banff, Fernie and Kicking Horse.
Whistler had promising signs last weekend and i hear around Banff etc got a dusting this weekend.  |

Geneva is on the French/Swiss border but is definately a Swiss city. |

That winter feeling is definately here. Great to see people getting excited about stuff now. The next 3 months will fly by and before you know it we'll all be jetting off! |

I can't wait also... Will be my first time boarding as last year didn't really have the money to do it. I live in Italy (near the Austrian and Slovenian border) moved over here a year and a half ago.
Will be getting my new board in september I can't wait to get to the slopes only an hour away!! woohoo! |

Driving out to Courchevel on the 2nd of Jan with a few friends. Overnighter, arriving first thing monday morning. To say i'm excited is an understatement. Hurry up 2010 and finish! |

I'd second and even third that suggestion the access to the glacier is second to none and a great town at the bottom. |
