Firstly, hello to all. I've been boarding since February. Done one holiday to Les Deux Alpes and am now trying improve my riding at my local snow dome ready for next season!

Just wondering about others injuries. I'm no stranger to pain having had several surgeries for various injuries, but I just seem to f*ck myself every time I go to the snow dome. I've progressed from a small ramp and am now attempting 180's but have really hurt my knees in persuit of this and now probably need a few weeks off. I'm guessing this is pretty common?
Why is my body always broken??
