Ok so those of you who have played skate will know how awesome it is. And if i remember correctly shaun white is the only snowboarding game out. Any way i am thinking of writing to ea to ask about a snowboarding game similar to skate (same controls etc) with all the pros but with real life spots. All i need get off of you people is to sign a petition . i also need someone to help me with that. once i have the petiton done and signed i will write to them and then i'll find out what they think. reason being they might not think there is a large enough fan base but there clearly is!

dude a company like ea doenst make games because of a petition. Their games sell several million copies around the world, a list of a few names from a snowboard forum isnt going to make them inverst hundreds of thousand of pounds on developing a new game. If they thuoght it was going to seell enough they wold have done it already

Agreed, you've always got Stoked to play aswell though. Whether it's sh*t or not I have no idea, i'm erring on the side of "yes" though.

I would agree with your erring. If i'm being honest, ssx was and still is the only snowboard game I like. But it doesn't feel like snowboarding to me.

There is more available for the 360 than Shaun White, which looks lovely, but the game itself is rubbish.

- Amped 3, a launch title, so it looks a little dated now. It's still good fun though, a little closer to SSX in style.

- Stoked, which is a much more realistic game, with the tricks being more down to earth than being stupidly over the top. It has a few niggles though as it's not a big budget game, its by a small developer... for example it took an entire year to get released in Europe.

EA owns the SSX title remember....
So there is nothing to stop them making a new game, but I guess they haven't felt there is a market for it at the moment.
