They need to be hosted on the web somewhere then copy thier net address and use the image tab in the message writing screen.

I personally use
www.photobucket.com
to host all my pictures. Tho there are may others. I think
www.flickr.com
is also quite popular.

I've been trying to post a pic from flickr....doesn't seem to be working....any advise??
There are only 2 positions in snowboarding....one is looking coooool....the other is....DEAD!
Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40 and zip ties

foxy,
To put pics on some websites the URL of the image hosted on some sites like Flickr can be too long.
You can use TinyURL to make it smaller.

Also ensure that the http:// part of the address is only at the start once, as when you click the web button on here it automatically includes it and often the URL you are posting also has it.
