Helmet Modification
Posted 30/07/2010 @ 11:51
A few weeks ago I had a nasty face smash on plastic at chatham dryslope;
http://www.goneboarding.co.uk/Forum/Face-Off-Literally/ThreadID/34362/ShowThread.aspx
and last week I realised that the plastic also slightly churned my helmet on the front, they are just minor scratches, but it had me thinking about when - in time - my helmet gets tarnished/scratched all over, that I might mod it up a bit, maybe paint it or put horns on it or something.
I was thinking of painting it purple, just so I could tell people about my purple helmet.
Any of you seen/heard of any interesting/amusing headgear?
call me Chris.

It's no good ! I keep staring at the pattern on this helmet and those lines look a bit like a ladies camel toe !

Horns would be like those gay hats that skiiers wear!
I know a couple of people who have painted helmets and neither fared very well, so best not to bother.
