This thread has the potential to die on its feet, but it could also be very useful too. Couldn't find it posted anywhere else though...

I've done a bit of research on helmet/goggle compatibility and thought I'd post these on a new thread to save people asking in future. I've decided to list the helmets and which goggles are compatible with them rather than vice versa, since most people tend to buy a helmet first then gogs, but I could be wrong.

Feel free to add to it as you see fit... (helmets as well as goggles please!)

i've got theorems and a Red Synth lid, seems to work fine for me! have no idea about other helmets though mate!

It's a strap that lengthens the goggle strap so the goggles will fit a helmet - otherwise the strap is too short and you end up with bulging eyes because the goggles are too tight to your face.

Actually, normal straps are long enough. It's the angle of the hinges that are the problem. The Wisdom Helmet Strap Kit is a strap with silicone strips on the inside to help stop the strap slipping off of the helmet. It also has hinges that are at a completely different angle than the original, so that the goggles are not pulled away from your face. In fact, you can't wear the goggles without a helmet while the kit is attached. So you just swap the straps over when you want to wear a lid.
