I used the GoPro and the Contour HD. I liked the Contour better because I think it's neater and easier to mount usefully. I don't have any of the footage, but I'd happily use those all day. I think you can't really go wrong with any of them.

I can vouch for the ContourHD being awesome! I don't actually have any loadable footage at the moment ... other half's still editing ... but yakboy on SCUK uploaded a rush he's put together (and had to compress a bit to upload so the quality here isn't quite what you get in the flesh!) ... check it out.

Rolling Shutter has nothing to do with how fast a camera can record fps at. All cameras with a CMOS sensor will suffer to varying degrees.
