Its all part of the same massive area so I shouldn't worry - take a look at the piste map!!

Got out here 2 weeks ago and we have some small dumps between 20 to 30cm over a few days. We are due another 80cm to 1m over Fri to Tuesday with temps down to -14C (got my shovel ready).
They started the snow cannons today up the top of Le Biolley. They should hopefully get the rest going this week as the freezing level is due to drop down to sea level.
They have improved the gradient of some of the runs for this season including the Tunnel, dou du praz (plagne soleil down to Melezes chair) and the Jean Marie down to 1800.

Hi,
We're staying in a chalet in Champagny from 28th........conditions look awesome
We were in Les Arcs with sketchy conditions a couple of years ago, bought a Paradiski pass but never got over to La Plange cos the Vanoise Express was closed due to lack of snow.
Any tips on secret spots to catch some off piste, what are the parks like if any?
Ta in advance

Looks like the snow has arrived at La Plagne too. Check the cams.

Another good fall of snow overnight has topped up levels above 2000m. Looking great already!

Any snow in 1800 yet? Been checking the webcams, but not sure which are in 1800 and which ones are higher?
If anyone can give me a link that'd be great- La Plagne is on the short list of 'which resort to visit this year?'

Looking at the cam below, there is not as much snow as I would have expected for this time of year and the covers haven't been put around the lift stancions yet.

Must be expecting a reasonable fall of snow, they've bashed the Stade piste - worrying presence of dark earthy marks though (not much base!) Not sure where they are measuring the snow depths from - but there doesn't look that much depth on the slopes!
