After spending 15 minutes on an automated 0870 service getting nowhere I decided to hit the DPD.co.uk website. OMG, even worse with no depot list to be found and all customer service desks closed.
I think searched online and found a list of depots on another forum. After ringing the depot to arrange collection, I complained about the website and they said. "Oh yeah, you're not the first"... erm DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT THEN?
May be useful to someone. BTW Leicester Depot is open until 19:30.

Just found this thread.
They delivered something to me this week. It got here on time and fine so I have no real issue with them.
However they sent me texts with different delivery dates, their website didn't recognise the tracking number they sent me and the phone service was sh!te to non-existant !! |

They are absolutly useless! I have been waiting in from 8am yeaterday morning, as it was meant to come then! I have phoned the 0845 number 3 times so far...had to take time of my work to wait in again and still have no idea when they are comming!
Thanks for the address and phone number as if i do not get my parcel today then think im gona have to pay them a visit and pick it up myself!
Absolutly would not recommend...pathetic service! in fairness the call centre staff were friendly and did all they could, its the aberdeen depot and drivers that are useless!
DO NOT USE! if you can help it...I couldn't unfortunately! |

main roads r fine, side roads n pavements r a bit dodge tho! Its been heavy snow today again but they r handling it well! |

Thankyou very much. I have been waiting for 3 days for my new phone to be delivered. I could get through to the direct depo. I got thro and they are letting me pick it up!!

I wonder if these people really understand what customer service means. I wish poeple will stop patronizing them before they see the need to improve on their services. What is the point in charging parcel receipients for calling to re-arrange delivery.They are real cheats. |

PDP fair play to them seem to employ a lot of care in the comunity staff as they don't seem to be able to find my address and have confused the people who's door they've apparently put their calling card through. Please make sure they send the delivery drivers helper with them. :0). |
