We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the guys and girls who turned up to the GB Jam on Friday. I have not ridden in door before and was pleasantly surprised by how much fun it was and the friendly atmosphere. I ended up chatting to randoms in the lift queue and at the top as well as all the other GB’ers.
Congratulations to Glen (PB), Matt (m@tt) & Toby (tobz) who all won themselves free hoodies… now we can all rock them together at the next jam…. Look out MK!

The GB Team
What is it?
The GB Monthly Jam is a snowboarding night that will take place one Friday night per month, from January to May 2009. It's a great opportunity for us all to meet other GONEboarding members, get some riding in, get stickered up and have a few beers. It runs alongside the usual Freestyle session that occurs on Friday nights at SNO!zone. We'll probably also have some of our new organic men's & women's GB hoodies going at discounted prices if you haven't picked one up yet!
Where is it?
We'll be attending Milton Keynes SNO!zone, but the exclusive discounted rate for the session (details further below) is actually valid at any of the SNO!zone centres (Milton Keynes, Castleford, Braehead). There'll be a private area in the SNO!lounge at Milton Keynes, exclusive to GB members only, which should be easily identified via various GB banners.
When is it?
The first Monthly Jam session kicks off on the 9th January 2009 at 7pm. Subsequent jams will take place on the following dates:
- Session 2: Friday 6th February '09
- Session 3: Friday 13th March '09
- Session 4: Friday 3rd April '09
- Session 5: Friday 22nd May '09
How much will it cost?
We've got an exclusive deal going with SNO!zone which means we can get you a 20% saving against the usual cost of the freestyle night - usually £35 for the 4 hour session. GONEboarding members can attend the monthly jams for just £28.
To get this discounted rate you'll just need to present a GONEboarding Monthly Jam Photo Pass, which we will produce for you (free of charge) upon request. This pass will only be valid for the individual shown in the photo, on any one of the 5 GB Monthly Jam dates.
How do I get my GB Monthly Jam Photo Pass?
To request your GB Photo Pass, simply send an email to events@goneboarding.co.uk, providing your full name, your GB Username and attach an up to date passport style photograph. We'll also need your postal address so we can send your pass out to you prior to the night.
