Review Detail
I would be giving this game full marks on the overall rating if it wasn't for the fact that I now have SSX Tricky also and have had to give that full marks. This is the kind of game you can just keep coming back to time and time again, and never really get bored of it. Even once you've completed all the tracks and showoff modes etc, it's not long before you wanna put it back on again. If you were to go out and buy a snowboarding game at the moment then obviously Tricky would be the better choice, simply cos it contains all the tweaks and improvements on this version, however, if it weren't for Tricky, I haven't seen another game in the same genre to topple SSX.

Strengths
Playability, graphics, sound, everything really. It keeps you coming back for more, over and over again.
|
Weaknesses
In areas (very few) when in split screen, two player mode, occasionally you might see a very slight loss of frame rate which only really becomes noticeable when you resume single player mode, but this is really clutching at straws!
