Detail

Spent 4 half days with RTM over christmas 2007 in a group lesson on the RTM LIFE programme.
There were 3 of us in the group all intermediate riders of different abilities.

The tuition was well structured and informative and a good balance between theory and practicle with frequent stops on the mountain to discuss all aspects. The instructors comments were always both encouraging and constructive with a lot of time spent one to one throughout each lesson

Also the tuition was fun as there was a good mix of "pure" riding where time was spent getting us to improve our carving technique and flatland jibbing.
Strengths

A team of committed riders wanting to teach on all levels, all of whom were English speaking
Weaknesses

All of the instructors were male, for me not a problem but I am aware of some females who preffer to be instructed by other females
Overall

Would recomend RTM Snowboarding to ANY level of rider
