Review Detail
It having been 12 years since I last touched a board I consider myself a beginner, so this is from a beginners perspective! Trying these boots on in the shop they were instantly the most comfortable, then the liners were placed in the oven for a short time and the heat moulding process completed, by which time they were extremely comfortable and snug, with even pressure everywhere, no tight spots or pressure points. In use they are supportive and responsive, yet not so stiff that they're causinge any issues as a beginner. Having now used them for about 20 hours in the fridge they seem to become more comfortable each time, are very warm and light weight, and assisting me in progressing my boarding!

Strengths
Great fit for wide feet that becomes perfect with the heat moulding liner. Lightweight - especially compared with hire boots! Supportive and pretty stiff, but with enough flex to be forgiving of any minor mistakes in foot-work. The fast-track lacing system is brilliant and very simple to use, affording just the right tightness over the foot and up the leg with no fuss. The liners come out of the shells easily enough in order to dry them out. |

Weaknesses
Can't think of any! These seem like brilliant all-round boots and I'm extremely happy with them!

Similar Boots Used
Not used any modern boots other than hire boots - and they really sucked!
