Review Detail
Promised GB member 4Square I'd write this about 3 months ago so without further ado here's the lowdown on his gaff in Les Arcs 1800 which is a top place.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best thing about this place is, like the TV show, Location, Location, Location! It's a proper hop, skip and a jump and you're at the main lift of 1800, the Transarc and another minute's walk to most of the others, it's right on the doorstep. Add to that the fact that half of the bars and shops are at the bottom of the slopes means that everything is virtually on your doorstep.

Another great feature is a decent sized bath. Proper luxury after a hard day on the slopes, especially my battered body after a day in the Park, just lay there and relax. Living room's a pretty decent size with table, chairs a smallish flatscreen TV and DVD player which is pretty cool. Kitchen's tiny but we, actually I, managed to cook pretty well in there. The whole front of apartment is windows which is pretty cool and there's a reasonable sized terrace and chairs so you can chill out when the weather's good and the place gets plenty of light.

There's three single beds upstairs and a pullout sofabed in the living room, technically you can sleep 5 I suppose but 4's probably the real maximum without constantly tripping over each other, we had 3 for the second week and it was spot on.

The place aint 5 star luxury but for the price you're paying I doubt you'd get much better, it's a damn sight better than some of the apartments I've stayed in around the French resorts and cheaper and it's clean, modern, in a perfect location and Chris is top guy.

The best thing I can say about it is we're going back again this season so none of you lot had better book the weeks I want!!!
Strengths
Location – couldn't be better, Big bath – just what you need at the end of the day, Very good price for what you get
Weaknesses
Er no naked dancing girls? Seriously there isn't much more you could ask for such a good price, maybe a microwave and broadband but that's about it.
