| Overall very happy with it. Gives you a "good feeling", though have thankfully not really tested it yet. I know that with several other manufacturers their protectors ride up which is something this one doesn't. Good fit as it comes in several sizes. |

| Weaknesses |
| Get's very hot on back. |

Very good protector for the lower back. This covers the from the base of your spine to below your shoulder blades. The 3 sizes are s, m + l and these differ more in the waist straps rather than height.
Movement is not retricted when worn and it provides a bit more warmth to your back.
Lightweight and excellent shock absorber. |
|
| Strengths |
Protects lower back as designed but does not protect coccyx should you land on that. If you want that protected you need the protecting soft or hard shorts.
Easy to put on and adjust. Best to test which size you need in shop as waist straps are long and you may require the smaller size than you would expect i.e. small instead of medium because it does not directly relate to clothing size.
Can losen easliy if you are resting for a long period. |

| Weaknesses |
Occasionly got a bit hot/sweat on the back but it does not restrict the breathing of skin and allows you to cool after a few minutes.
Sometimes it rides up a bit but no major problems encounted. |
