Well, I left this one til last out of the stack which included LoveHate and others, I don't know why, I think it's cos the phrase "Balls to the Wall" was used on the sleeve and I don't like Heavy Metal before bed. There's not much Jibbing in this vid, but thats how I like it.
The riding is sick. Real high quality, good cime ma tog raphy I like it when the crashes pop up randomly in the part so it keeps ya guessing.
The best bit about this flick tho is that instead of the usual process of: 1. watch video 2. google soundtrack 3. get songs...
I discovered that I had most - yes almost all - of these songs in my favourite 250 on my *not a fukn* iPod! This left me feeling very cool for a brief time. Sadly, my failed attempts to sing the words immediately proved that this wasn't the case, and my girlfriend confirmed it. I was forced to remind her that I snapped 2 surfboards recently and almost died on the rocks. I thought I had her with that, but she retaliated with the fact that I wear jogging lights when I skate home in the dark. Thats not fair, mum worries about me otherwise and it gets respect from other road users! dang.
Anyway, my favourite parts were the "John Cartwright Cliff Domination to Cartwheel of Destuction in 6 easy steps" and: everything else.

Still image slideshow - whats going on here fellas they're all pixy! And there's like 5 still photogs on the credits. A bit excessive really. Are they just in there for the professional embarrassment factor?

Right my first snowboarding video review – Not really seen that many so not much to compare with (except Happy Happy by Helly Hanson – which was ace by the way)
Some good riders doing cool jumps and tricks and that, and I’m sure technically the riding was amazing and yes some of the soundtrack was cool too (more so on the ‘extras’ – although I’m sure there was some Stereophonics on there), but that’s it. I didn’t really get a sense of these people enjoying it or having fun. The riders could have been anyone, no interaction with the camera. Just left me feeling a bit cold really.

Bamm!! is a backcountry freestyle and freeriding video shot on 16 mm film. Jon Cartwright, Beckna, Tyeson Carmody, Shin Campos, Jonas Hagstrom, Lukas Goller, Shandy Campos, and Rube Goldberg hit huge jumps and ride exposed and dangerous lines all over the world. Bamm!! was shot in BC, Austria, Switzerland, Chile, and the USA. The soudtrack is awesome. There are a lot of good extras on the dvd too.

Strengths
Jon Cartwright's section is insane. He nails this one line throwing 3's and 5's off a huge cliff four times in a row, then on the fifth time, he has the worst bail I've ever seen. Rube Goldberg, and Shin Campos also have sick sections. Also the soundtrack and the extras were both really good.

Weaknesses
None for me, this was my favourite movie this year.
