| The 3rd Ride Freesport Film Festival in association with Ski Club of Great Britain and Ski TV took place on Monday 20th October, at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square, London. The event kick started the winter season for the UK ski market and has grown since its launch with 5 short ski movies being shown and 3 ski photographers being showcased. |

After many online email votes from the audience and the opinions from the judges, the winners of the festival have now been announced as:
Best Film - TEN by Guido Perrini
Best Photography - Joint 1st Place Camilla Stoddart + Pally Learmond

Also, the full length version of Guido Perrini's TEN will be available to watch online from his website from December 9th. The Ride Freesport Film Festival 2009 will take place on Monday 19th October 2009. We look forward to hearing from film makers and photographers wishing to enter over the coming months.
