If you can't remember the password you used when creating your account, but you can remember either the username or e-mail address that you registered with, click the 'Forgotten Details' link in the 'Members Log-In' panel. |

However, if you can't remember the username you registered with, you will need to e-mail our support team at support@GONEboarding.co.uk, or alternatively, create a new account using the 'Register' panel. |

When registering you need to provide a unique username. This username is how you will be identified across the whole site. If the username you provide is already in use against another account on GONEboarding, you will be prompted for an alternative username. Similiarly, you must provide a unique e-mail address that has not already been used against a GONEboarding account. You will be prompted for an alternative e-mail address if the one you specify is already in use. You must specify a password for your account, which you will need if you log-out, and then re-visit the site. All passwords are case-sensitive. Please note there are 2 boxes for your password. Please ensure you type it correctly in both boxes or you will be prompted to re-type them both. You must also have read our Terms & Conditions before you can register, and acknowledge that you have done so by clicking on the 'I agree to the T & Cs' box. |

Important: If you are using a public computer (e.g. Internet Cafe) we recommend that you DON'T click on the 'Remember Me?' box. By NOT clicking on this, you will automatically be logged-out of the site when you close the browser, therefore preventing others from using your account. However, if you want to remain logged-in to the site so you don't have to manually log-in upon each visit, click on the 'Remember Me?' box. |
