Go with the 152. At your size you could actually go for the 148 if you really wanted to as the WWW has a longer effective edge than comparably sized boards.

If it's going to be your main board, personally I'd go for the 155.
If it's a 2nd board/jib thing only go short for the 152.

Worst case you buy the wrong size and sell it on fleabay.

What height are you? If it's for a play thing, probably a 152, but if you're 6ft then it's probably a 155. Can you try one out at one of the Xscapes or snowdome this autumn?

and i need a little help with the size i should get. im 140lbs may gain 5 pounds at the most by winter time
