This is one of the "Pure Boarding" chaps; if you look closely that board is respectably wide. I do have shots of people on Skwals which are absolutely in line.

The lifts at Solden, Austria are now closed. The last weekend was the end of season festival there.

Snow conditions were, well a mix of mashed potatoes on a hard base. Very fast with the right wax. I think the glacier there will reopen sometime for the summer. The glacier lift system is good: you can ride entirely off big gondolas, although there are also chairs and T-bars around. The slopes are blue/ red; there are no bumps and the steeps are moderate. You can get up there via free ski-bus or drive and park for free (no toll if you have a lift pass).
