Hey what about your sis and hubby, can they make it down, that'd be awesome to see them.
I just checked my bank balance after all these holidays I've been having and it ain't looking so perky!!! Looks like I'll be going "interest only" on my mortgage sooner than I thought!!!...

i was there yesterday but spent most of my time on my a*se as my right knee kept going, had a level 2 tear from brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that I got 3 months ago and it went after 2nd kicker, should have stopped after that but kept hitting it. Its swollen and sore today  but am on hol next week so hopefully it'll recover quick |
