Just drive.

Channel tunnel to France, the Holland, load up on sp*nk, and on to Denmark. Across the Oresund (Sp?) Bridge into Sweden, then next country along.

McLaren Mercedes SLR optional.

Dude. There's this thing called "google". You can type in the word of something you're interested in. And it comes up with lots of relevant websites. Take a look here: www.google.com

If you're looking for flights - I'd recomend www.Skyscanner.net to find the cheapest ones.

You can - but it won't come cheap.
