We were in Banff in January and my mate got a Battaleon Goliath sent from the US, worked out cheaper that way, can't remember who he bought it from, could find out if you're desperate

Being that this is from 2005, I very much doubt they're still interested Phil

I'm off to whistler in November for the season and I want to ride a bataleon...

I'm going to sell my other boards before I go (ride kink 156 and burton Fish 156) and buy a bataleon..

LOL - sell the Fish & I bet Whistler has it's biggest season snowfall wise in years.

Those who've ridden Bataleons - does anyone notice the fact that you have to lean in further before the edge becomes effective? I've not ridden one so I'm curious is all

I went for a Goliath as well for an all mountain board and have no regrets. I'm shorter and lighter than you and I ride a 153 so it sounds about right!

Have no worries about buying a Bataleon, they are very very good boards. We have had them in from this season and the entire shop staff got hooked. They give a great ride which is something you will get used to and not want to change back from.

We still have a few from this season left and our new stock comes in shortly. Let me know what you are after as they dont have full distribution over the atlantic yet...

Hey Rachel, Havent ridden one yet, but was hanging out with Roy Olsen at the big day out in val - hes one of their 'test pilots' he was going massively massive and only had good things to say about the boards...

Have you checked out their website?

I'm very jealous about the season.

I'm curious about the bataleon, I've heard a lot about them recently. Have you tried one?

  #1 bataleon location question  26/07/2005 @ 11:03:04
I'm off to whistler in November for the season and I want to ride a bataleon...

I'm going to sell my other boards before I go (ride kink 156 and burton Fish 156) and buy a bataleon..

So my question is this - Will it be cheaper to buy a bataleon in Europe - currently 550 Euro with free delivery. Or wait till I get to Canada and get a better excahnge rate....?

Will the board be expensive in Canada because its a European Import>?

Oh and if anyone wants to buy my boards, both this years, then send me a message...

Cheers
