Ahhh SnowBugs,I went to ValThorens in April with uni and its amazin,the powder is super soft and lush when you stack it!haha

| Went to snowboarding courses for around 5 years when I was going with grand parents about once or twice a year. |

| Spent three years taking 1 to 1 lessons with the boys in red in France with the 'follow me' method. Then did a clinic with Keith at Alpinelines in Chamonix. When he asked how I turned the board, I came out with a complicated load of claptrap and then I learned how to ride. |

I feel really lucky that I live in MK - cos I learnt at the xscape about 7 years ago, cant remember the guys name but he looked a bit like shaggy from scooby doo - and was at oxford uni but earning some cash at xscape during the summer. Did 2 1 hr lessons and had it nailed half way through the second. Mainly due to the instructor being really cool and layed back.
MK is great for progression, started on the kicker at my first oppurtunity sh*t myself on the first session but loved every minute. Havent been away for a couple of years do to a bust acl, but have been down xsape for a few refreshers, its a great place to learn and have access to all the boxes and jibs, and to have an instructor available on certain nights for some tips.
Off to Chamonix next week, cant wait cos they been getting loads of snow, then hopefully off to Canada later in the year for half a season. |

yeah I tend to ride the smithy too.... they should get rid of thhGP and put the smithy down the bottom... i tend to get more distance out of the Smithy too! as the GP just fires you straight up... great for the backflip massive but not me =(.
I get really jealous when I see the set ups for the xscapes especially the scotland one! |

I heard somethin about that and yeah they need a landing ramp as the slope just isn't steep enough!
I also think that maybe it should be less whippy than the GP. |

| Well they tested Swad's kicker last summer and then again about 6 weeks ago. Heard they needed to make a landing ramp for it. |
